Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion: The Basics, presented by Gina Gullo, PSEA's Asst. Director of Education Services

Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) can often become a vague concept that is difficult to grasp. In this session, participants dive into DEI by learning to distinguish diversity from equity from inclusion. Participants will explore privilege and engage in activities that challenge them to reconsider situations with a lens focused on identifying challenges to DEI and opportunities to enhance the educational environment of all students.
