The Southwestern Region Fall 2025 House of Delegates Meeting will be held on Friday, November 7, 2025. This meeting is in-person. Credentials may be picked up starting at 7:30 p.m. and the meeting will begin promptly at 8:00 p.m. Online registration is required.

- Region Committee Chairs: Your reports are due to Michelle Stonebraker (mstonebraker@psea.org) by close of business on Friday, October 24, 2025, for inclusion in the e-book. If you have no report, kindly send an email to Michelle stating that you have no report to submit.
- State Committee Chairs: Your reports, which should include any approved minutes from your March 2025 through October 2025 meetings, are due to Michelle Stonebraker (mstonebraker@psea.org) by close of business on Friday, October 24, 2025, for inclusion in the e-book.
LODGING: If you need lodging, please select that option when you register online. The room cost for Friday, November 7, 2025, is $188.70 including taxes. DO NOT CONTACT THE HOTEL FOR LODGING RESERVATIONS. All rooms are on a first-come/first-serve basis.
If you need to cancel your room, please contact Michelle Stonebraker (724-696-3100) on or before 4:15 p.m., Tuesday, November 4, 2025, or you will be charged the full room rate of $188.70. Again, DO NOT CONTACT THE HOTEL.
