- Region Committee Chairs: Your reports are due to Michelle Stonebraker (mstonebraker@psea.org) by close of business on Friday, March 7, 2025, for inclusion in the e-book. If you have no report, kindly send an email to Michelle stating that you have no report to submit.
- State Committee Chairs: Your reports, which should include any approved minutes from your November 2024 through March 2025 meetings, are due to Michelle Stonebraker (mstonebraker@psea.org) by close of business on Friday, March 7, 2025, for inclusion in the e-book.
LODGING: If you need lodging, please select that option when you register online. The room cost for Friday, March 21, 2025, is $187.59 including taxes. DO NOT CONTACT THE HOTEL FOR LODGING RESERVATIONS.
