The application must be received by PSEA no later than Feb. 27, 2026.

Scholarship requirements:

Must be elected as local** (not state) delegate to the 2026 NEA RA; and
Must be identified as an ethnic minority in the PSEA membership system;
Must be a member in good standing;
May only receive the scholarship one time within five years.

**Please note: In order to qualify to have a local delegate for the NEA RA, your local must have more than 75 active members, according to NEA’s database on Jan. 15. Once that threshold is achieved, your local Constitution & Bylaws outlines when and how delegate/alternate delegate elections occur. Please refer to this document and/or your local leaders for more information.
