The application must be received by PSEA no later than Feb. 28, 2025.

Scholarship requirements:

  • Must be elected as a local (not state) delegate to the 2025 NEA RA; and
  • Must be identified as an ethnic minority in the PSEA membership system;
  • Must be a member in good standing;
  • May only receive the scholarship one time within five years.
