Using PSEA's House of Delegates App

Do you have the PSEA Event App? 

With the app, you will be able to find your House agenda, access key information and materials, connect with fellow delegates, find exhibitor information, get news and updates, and more.

Please note: Per PSEA Policy, a candidate for an Association office may not use the app for campaign purposes.

Downloading and logging in to the app

Downloading the app

PSEA first launched a conference app a few years ago at the Summer Leadership Conference at Gettysburg College. Those of you who previously downloaded the Gettysburg app on your device may have noticed that it has been renamed the “HOD App.” This is because we are using the same mobile conference app system to host the HOD App as we did with the Gettysburg App.

If you haven’t downloaded the app or if your Gettysburg App has not been updated to the new HOD App, just go to the following links to download or update your app:

Once you have downloaded or updated your app, you will next need to log in. There are two ways to login.

Login Method 1

  1. Open the app.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Check the box next to the statement reading: “I have read and agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy and Data Processing Policy, and Event Privacy Policy.”
  4. Click on the “Submit” button.
  5. On the next screen, select the “Use Automatic Login” button.
  6. Press the home button to exit the app and then launch your email app.
  7. Find an email from attendeesupport@doubledutch.me with the subject “PSEAHod Automatic Login.” Click on the “Automatic Login” button contained in that email.
  8. You should now be logged in to the app.

Login Method 2

  1. Open the app.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Check the box next to the statement reading: “I have read and agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy and Data Processing Policy, and Event Privacy Policy.”
  4. Click on the “Submit” button.
  5. On the next screen, select “Enter Password.”
  6. Enter the password: PSEAhod2018. This password is case sensitive.

Using the app

There are tabs along the bottom of the app, allowing you to navigate to various features of the app:

Activity: Share pictures and updates with your fellow delegates.

Notifications: Get notifications about app activity, including who is following you on the app or has sent you a message.

Agenda: Find a customizable House of Delegates agenda.

HOD News: Find important news and information about the House of Delegates.

More: Find HOD Resources, including your premailing and registration materials; a map of the hotel, Member Benefits exhibitor information, a list of House attendees, and your message center.
