2026 PSEA Spring Forward Leadership Conference

At the Spring Leadership Conference, member leaders unite to explore strategies for enhancing our Association and advancing our professions to become more diverse, equitable, and inclusive. This event underscores the critical importance of promoting educational justice, inspiring more people of color to pursue careers in public education, driving meaningful progress in our schools and communities, and so much more.

By collaborating and exchanging ideas, participants leave better equipped to support their colleagues and students, making us all stronger and more effective in the work we do.

Registration for the 2026 Spring Forward Leadership Conference is now closed. Late registrations as well as commuter registrations will be accepted based on availability.
