Join PSEA Early at No Extra Cost During Early Enrollment

Early enrollment is a pledge to join your local association, PSEA, and NEA for the 2025-26 membership year so you can receive the following benefits without having to pay until September 2025. 

On April 1, 2025, you are eligible for: 

  • NEA's Member Benefits
  • PSEA's Member Benefits
  • Up to $1 million in Educator Employment Liability (EEL) insurance for any civil claim, and up to $300,000 for any civil rights claims, if a student or parent sues you during the course of employment. The EEL policy may also cover your legal defense costs up to certain maximums, including defense of criminal charges that are employment-related where you are exonerated, or charges are subsequently withdrawn or dismissed.
  • PSEA Personal Legal Services Program and two, free half-hour consultations with a participating attorney every year. 

When dues begin on Sept. 1, 2025, you are eligible for: 

  • Legal services for individual employment-related matters, including representation on unemployment compensation and certification issues.
