Educator Pipeline

Where do you fit in to the educator pipeline?

PSEA offers programming and resources for all levels of educators.

On this page you can:

  • Find data and interactive maps with information about starting and average salaries for teachers in PA, and resources to get you there.
  • Find maps below to see detailed information about salaries that isn’t available anywhere else.
  • Find professional development opportunities.
  • Find events and conferences to network with your peers and thought leaders.

Educators Rising is a community-based movement that provides Grow Your Own programming for high school students through the Educators Rising curriculum and embraces teaching as a profession.

More than 7,000 future educators studying at PA colleges and universities are members of Student PSEA. As part of the next generation of educators, Student PSEA helps members hit the ground running through professional development workshops, service projects, and more.

PSEA’s goal is to support members at every step of their careers, providing representation, legal protections, discounts on goods and services, and free continuing professional education opportunities you can access online.

That includes New & Early Career members who are just starting their careers or have a few years of experience. Either way, PSEA is here to help.
