PSEA is working with elected officials from both parties to reduce high-stakes standardized testing in our schools. A package of bills introduced in April 2017 will help move Pennsylvania toward that goal.
Contact your state senator and representative to urge them to support the five-bill package or individual pieces of legislation important to you.
On April 24, 2017, PSEA joined a bipartisan group of legislators to introduce a standardized testing reform package that will make our state’s testing policies work for students and support teaching and learning.

Send a message to your state lawmakers to support a component of PSEA's testing reform legislative package that will prevent the state from requiring graduating students to pass the Keystone Exams to get their diplomas. The bill instead gives local school boards the authority to decide the academic impact of the Keystones.
